How to Play Urban Reload

Open the official experience

Find the right listing. Open Urban Reload on Roblox. Check for Squad Labs under the title. The experience’s place ID is 84448037861644.
Sign in to Roblox. Use the same account in the app that you intend to play on.
Press Play if available. If your browser asks which app should open the experience, choose Roblox. On a phone, you can also search the exact title inside the Roblox app.

Windows or Mac: Get Roblox from its official download page. Return to the Urban Reload listing and allow the browser to open the app after you press Play.
iPhone or Android: Install the official Roblox app through your device’s app store. Sign in, then open the listing link or search the exact title and confirm the creator. A separate Urban Reload APK is unnecessary.
Console or another device: Open the Roblox app available on your device and search for the experience. Use the listing as the authority for whether it can launch on that device and account.

Play is missing or disabled: Sign in on Roblox, open the official listing again, and read the availability message for your account and device.
Play is visible, but nothing opens: Accept the browser’s open-app prompt and select Roblox if asked. If you dismissed the prompt, try Play again or look up the game from inside the app.
Desktop keeps asking you to install: Restart the computer and try again. If it repeats, reinstall Roblox from its official channel and reopen the listing.
